Menu Cover for Hotels and Restaurants

We manufacture custom restaurant menu covers and wine list covers. You can choose from many menu cover materials; including, leather, real wood, poly propylene, metal, vinyl and cotton. We take utmost pride in recommending the right menu cover material and menu cover design for each and every one of our clients, from the large corporate chains, to the small, independent venues.

We can design your menu cover to incorporate your existing branding / logo or we can help you create something innovative and fresh from scratch. Some of our customers are start-up businesses or some wish to have a rebrand in general. With our team of expert graphic designers, we can work with you literally from branding stage, helping you to create an identity and incorporate that across the venue as a whole.

How to Choose the Right Menu Cover

When choosing a menu covers design, you really need to look at your interior. Your menu cover should complement your interior, in terms of material and colour. You also need to think about the target demographic of your restaurant. Are you targeting couples, looking for somewhere quiet to enjoy some quality food, or are you selling fast food to teenagers? Your demographic could help determine which material to choose, i.e. would it be best for you to have something cheaper and wipe able? Or, do you have an older demographic, who would prefer something more luxurious and padded for ease? Another point to look at is the size of your menu cover. How many pages of menu do you need to show as this may determine your fixing mechanism, which in turn could limit your material choices? All of these points will help you to choose the right menu cover for your venue and are points that our sales team will be more than happy to help with.

How to Order your Menu Cover

Most of our menu covers are personalised and therefore made to order. Please ensure when you place your order that you provide the following information where available:

  • The item description in terms of material
(most materials on the website can be adapted with other fixing mechanisms than the ones shown)
  • The fixing mechanism
(so how you want to retain your menu cover pages, e.g. PVC pockets, screw fixing, ring binder etc.)
  • The colour
(some colours are a little more or less than the standard, for example the metallic colours within the Buckram menu cover ranges)
  • The size
(as our menu cover products are bespoke and made to order, you can either proceed with a standard menu cover size; such as, A5 or A4, or you can order your own size, e.g. 22cm square)
  • The lining material
(do you want a matching lining, or perhaps a silk lining if you are ordering a leather menu cover?)
  • The finish
(do you require metal corner protectors on your menu cover or a gold tassel perhaps?)
  • Quantity required

Even if these are points you need to discuss with us first, just spending a few moments thinking about them will help you to visualise and begin piecing together your menu cover design.

Final Note

Menu covers can say quite a bit about a venue. They tell customers that you take pride in your appearance. A well designed menu cover also serves as an indicator of what your guests should expect of your food. On the whole, the importance of your menu cover design should not be overlooked. A menu cover is one of the first presentational products your customers will see. They need to make a good impression and should coordinate with the overall theme of your venue.
